Hi Alpha,

With the new policy in place, and since you has already booked a unit, I suggest you only think of selling either on the 5th year or when this condo TOP.

I believe you would still make profit when the condo TOP but not within the next 4 yrs, as any profit you made will go into paying the Seller's Stamp Duty.
